Shepherd’s Hand has transitioned to focus on our VOLUNTEER CAREGIVING program which serves seniors across the Flathead Valley with friendly visiting, light housekeeping, transportation for essential needs, and respite for primary caregivers.

WHERE CAN YOU GET MEDICAL & DENTAL CARE NOW?
· Greater Valley Health Center has both medical & dental services with locations in Kalispell, Evergreen and Hungry Horse. Greater Valley provides care regardless of ability to pay and has a sliding fee scale available. Contact them at 406-607-4900 for information.
· Apply for Medicaid! Many of the patients we see at Shepherd’s Hand should qualify for Medicaid which provides comprehensive medical & dental care. You will be able to enroll at: apply.mt.gov OR call 888-706-1535.
· Logan Health offers financial assistance. Families & individuals with income levels at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Level will receive a 100% discount. They offer sliding scale discounts for up to 400% of Federal Poverty Level. For more information & to apply, call 406-752-1767.
· If you are over the income limits for Medicaid, there are plans on the health insurance marketplace that may be low to no cost and will provide you with various levels of coverage. See healthcare.gov for more information.

PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS:
If you have a prescription through Shepherd’s Hand we will continue to provide this until it expires. Make plans with a new provider as soon as possible in order to maintain your medications.
