The clinic operates every Monday night with volunteer physicians, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, hygienists, dental assistants and a committed group of community members. Our providers can prescribe medications, order lab, radiology testing, referrals to specialists and treat acute dental pain all at no cost to our patients.
Our Wellness Program is open to the public and provides the information and support needed for people to make changes in their diet, activity, and lifestyle to improve their health.
The pursuit of wellness is a core value of Shepherd's Hand. Our goal is to create a safe environment where change can happen. Our volunteers work with participants on an individual basis to identify health risks and develop realistic goals to optimize their health.
